3rd doctor from my big sketchpile [link]
on one day, I was inspired to draw the Doctors in the style of Butch Hartman (apologies to Doctor Who and Butch Hartman)
Ladies and Gentlemen, THE PERTWEE!
also known as kickass doctor, awesome doctor and the dandy one.
Modeled after a GOD! (seriously, found a sketch for poseidon/neptune on a fairly odd paents art blog and knew that Pertwee had to look like this.
I may be biased, but I love this one.
