sorry it really dose not look like Shalka Doctor...... He has gray in his hair and its sweptback and all pointy

the doll actually has grey streaks in its hair; I know that the hair cut isn´t ideal but the closest I could do.
if you have any idea on how to fix the hair cut, feel free to go ahead and do something about it

I can only encourage you to try and just make one for yourself; all you need is the printed out template, a pair of scissors and glue, and then half an hour later you can have your own time lord - trust me, it´s easy^^
